Specification Basis:
A detailed model has to be developed based on the structural conditions to ensure correct installation of lightning protection systems according to planning specifications taking into account any product-specific installation instructions for the lightning protection components to be installed.
In the past, existing buildings were often not sufficiently documented.
Requirements:
- Laser scanning can only be used for existing buildings and objects.
- Access authorisation for the place to be scanned (permission to access, take photos and film)
- The safety precautions to be taken on site must be clarified
- It must be clarified if laser scanning is possible on site.
Specification:
- Three-dimensional, true-to-scale laser scans of buildings and objects on site.
- Creation of a 3D laser point cloud of scanned buildings and objects.
Scope:
- Survey of buildings and objects with the help of a laser scanner
- Processing and registration of scans and point clouds
- Provision of the point cloud
Document Format:
The 3D laser scan cloud is available as a ReCap and Navisworks document.
On customer request, the scan cloud can be exported in the following formats:
