Supervisory Board appoints Boris Wolff as new CSO of DEHN SE

The Supervisory Board of DEHN SE has appointed Boris Wolff (51) as the new CSO of DEHN SE with effect from 1 January 2024. Prior to this, Boris Wolff was Executive Vice President (EVP) Global Sales, Service & Marketing for SMA Solar Technology AG, one of the world's leading photovoltaic system technology specialists. In his new role, he will report to CEO Dr Philipp Dehn. Boris Wolff succeeds Helmut Pusch (53), who left the company by mutual agreement in July 2023. Boris Wolff can look back on over 20 years of experience in sales, project and product management in the automation and photovoltaic industries. After graduating in electrical energy technology, he began his career as a project and sales manager at ABB in 1998. In the years that followed, he held various management positions in sales and product marketing before joining SMA as Vice President Medium Voltage Systems in 2012. Between 2014 and 2020, Wolff was responsible for the Large Scale & Project Solutions business unit as EVP, before being appointed Director of German and International Sales at SMA in 2021."Global sales plays a central role at DEHN when it comes to achieving our strategic goals for 2030. Florian Bohlmann to become CFO of DEHN SE

The family-owned company is strengthening its Executive Board and has appointed Florian Bohlmann as the Chief Financial Officer of DEHN SE as of 1 January 2022. The 45-year-old has been a commercial manager at DEHN since 2016."In Florian Bohlmann, we are getting a financial expert who brings along with him broad and deep professional and market expertise due to his previous work", says Dr Philipp DEHN, Chairman of the Board of DEHN SE. "As part of corporate growth and ongoing internationalisation, Bohlmann will increasingly take on the systematic commercial further development of the subsidiaries, amongst other things, in order to firmly and efficiently establish DEHN as an ever-growing Bavarian player on the global stage. We are delighted to welcome him to the Executive Board of DEHN.” Together with Dr Philipp Dehn (CEO), Helmut Pusch (CSO), Christian Köstler (COO) and Christian Höhler (CTO), Florian Bohlmann (CFO) will lead the company in the future."Our task is not only to be a financial adviser, but to actually make use of the opportunities of digital technologies and to apply them profitably. As CFO on 1 January 2022, the areas law, compliance, risk management, IT and data protection will also fall under his scope of responsibility. He was previously employed at the Pfleiderer Group for 14 years, where he most recently headed the Controlling department.
