Employees are the foundation of every successful company. The DEHN Gala once again highlighted just how diverse and varied their contributions can be to a company’s overall success. Last Friday evening, the Neumarkt-based specialist in lightning, surge, and occupational safety invited employees celebrating work anniversaries, graduates of continuing education programs, and, last but not least, the winners of the company’s own Values Awards to its facility in Mühlhausen—for a special evening celebrating special achievements.
The highlight of the gala was the recognition of 63 employees for their long-standing service. Four of them can even look back on 45 years at DEHN. When they began their careers at DEHN, the second generation of the DEHN family was still at the helm. Today, Dr. Philipp Dehn, a member of the fourth generation, serves as CEO. The four employees celebrating their anniversaries, who have been part of DEHN since 1980, witnessed how a regional business grew into a globally successful family-owned company. Each of them has made a unique contribution to DEHN’s positive development.
Twenty-nine graduates of the training and continuing education programs were also honored—a testament to the company’s efforts beyond its numerous accolades as a training provider.
Values That Bring Us Together
Another highlight: the presentation of the DEHN Values Awards. Employees from around the world received the award in various categories for their exceptional dedication and exemplary embodiment of the company’s values.
