Conditions for Returning Goods

Returns are only possible under certain conditions. The following conditions must be met for a return to be accepted:

• The returned goods must be in resalable condition and in their original packaging.

• The delivery date must not be more than three months prior to the return.

• Each order item must have a net value of at least €100.

• To cover the costs of the return, we charge a 20% processing fee based on the net value of the goods, with a minimum fee of €50.

• Custom-made items and goods manufactured to order (e.g., HVI pipes, EuK fittings, etc.) cannot be returned.

Please note that these conditions apply unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
