DEHNguard ME DC Y 950 FM

DEHNguard ME DC Y 950 FM with DCD technology was specially developed for use with DC power sources. DCD, the DC switching device, safely disconnects the protective device in case of overload. This combined type 1+2 arrester promises maximum system and operational safety throughout the entire life cycle of the electrical installation.

ACI: The highes level of safety

DEHNguard ACI

The ACI Technology - Advanced Circuit Interruption – improves the safety of your electrical systems.
The switch / spark gap combination in DEHNguard ACI is connected in series with a varistor. At the end of the service life of the ACI surge arrester, any fault current is interrupted by the varistor through the switch / spark gap combination connected in series and reduced to such an extent that not even the smallest fuses in the system are tripped. This means much greater availability and operational safety for the system in comparison with standard type 2 arresters with external fuses.

Surge protection for Main Voltages up to 400/690 V

DG SE CI 440 FM (for the industry) and DG SE CI WE 440 FM (for wind turbines)

In the type 2 surge arrester DEHNguard SE CI overvoltage protection and backup fuse are combined in a single device. 
An enormous benefit considering the dimensioning of the switchgear cabinet and in case of retrofitting. Thus, safety can be increased and costs can be saved.
