Basic principle
DIN EN 62305-3 (VDE 0185-305-3) in the version valid at the time of placing the order;
DIN EN 62305-4 (VDE 0185-305-4) in the version valid at the time of placing the order;
DIN VDE 0100-443 (VDE 0100-443) in the version valid at the time of placing the order;
DIN VDE 0100-534 (VDE 0100-534) in the version valid at the time of placing the order;
DIN VDE 0100-712 (VDE 0100-712) in the version valid at the time of placing the order;
(Should at the time of placing the order any of the above-mentioned standards be in a period of transition between two versions, the latest version will apply.)
Optional:
IEC 62305-3 in the version valid at the time of placing the order;
IEC 62305-4 in the version valid at the time of placing the order;
IEC 60364-4-44 in the version valid at the time of placing the order;
IEC 60364-5-53 in the version valid at the time of placing the order;
IEC 60364-7-712 in the version valid at the time of placing the order;
(In the case of IEC standards, there is no transition period between two versions)
Prerequisites
- Basic information on the electrical installation
- Provision of flow charts for the electrical installation
- Optional: a fee-based site survey / project meeting (Part No. S03070)
Service description
Selection of surge protective devices with the help of the DEHNselect SPD selection software in the DEHNsupport Toolbox or via conventional selection means
Scope of service
- Flow chart of electrical installation including relevant parts lists for the required surge protective devices (without any accessories which may be necessary, e.g. additional arrester backup fuses)
- Optional: Preparation of a tender specification
- Optional: Provision of product data sheets and installation instructions
Document format
- All documents in the scope of service will be handed over electronically in PDF format.
- Documents can be provided in open format (e.g. .docx, .xlsx) if a separate handover document is signed to this effect.
