When lightning strikes

Severe thunderstorms threaten human lives and damage buildings and infrastructure: Hail may destroy roofs, winter gardens or cars, lightning strikes may cause fire or surge damage to electrical devices and systems. The latter may even occur in case of remote lightning strikes.
