1. Details about the complaint (questionnaire)

In order to be able to analyse the defect (reason for complaint) on the affected product/goods as quickly and correctly as possible, a questionnaire about the installation environment and more detailed information about the application and occurrence of the defect must also be completed in as much detail as possible. You have the option of conveniently downloading the questionnaire, filling it out and sending it back to us via email as an attachment in addition to the notification.

2. Notification / application for a return

Please notify us of your "complaint" before sending the goods back to DEHN SE. You can notify your dedicated contact person or contact the "Quality Management Returns" team directly by email to [email protected].

3. Please use the returns form to notify us of your returns

You have the option of conveniently downloading the return form, filling it out and sending it back to us by email as an attachment.

4. Assignment of a returns number

Once we have received and checked the completed form, you will receive a corresponding returns number for your return by email. Your returns number (reference) can be used to identify your return at any time.

5. Labelling the return shipment

To ensure clear identification of your return, please label all packages clearly on the outside with the returns number you have received from us and always enclose an accompanying letter (e.g. copy of the completed returns form with the returns number).
