Maximum hand protection with
DEHNcare APG XT

The new protective gloves from DEHN - even closer to safety with reliable protection according to the german test principle
GS-ET 42-2.

Premium protection for the most important tools: your hands

More safety during everyday work

People who work on electrical systems are generally exposed to the risk of an arc fault. Hands often come closest to the source of danger and must therefore be reliably protected.

Closing safety gaps

The new test principle GS-ET 42-2 specifies that the test distance now be shortened to 150 mm in line with real-life work situations.

Be safer with our new DEHNcare APG XT arc-fault-tested protective gloves.

They not only protect your hands, they are also comfortable to wear.

More hand protection with impressive comfort

A mixture of leather and neoprene ensuring for improved breathability and thus reduced sweating

Better hand and finger movement due to the structured neoprene

Reinforced palms for additional protection (at APC 2 150)

The right solution for every user.

Always a good fit: the new DEHNcare APG XT is available in 4 versions and 2 protection classes.

More information on the test principle can be found here Increased need for protection of the hands

Up until now, gloves have been tested at a working distance of 300 mm and have thus been treated like other protective clothing. No special focus was placed on hands, even though they are located even closer to the danger point. Now they are  being assigned a greater need for protection: The new test principle GS-ET 42-2 specifies that the test distance now be shortened to 150 mm in line with real-life work situations. This increases the requirements on special protective gloves which, in use, offer the requisite protection against the thermal effects of an arc fault.
