Supervisory Board appoints Dominik Ilgner to the Executive Board of DEHN SE

The Supervisory Board of DEHN SE has appointed Dominik Ilgner (47) to the Executive 
Board of DEHN SE with effect from 1 November 2026. He will assume responsibility for 
the finance division as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), succeeding Florian Bohlmann, who 
left the company in February of this year.

Dominik Ilgner (47) will assume responsibility for the finance division as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

From 2022, in his role as CFO of the Business Division Exterior at the Brose Group, Dominik 
Ilgner initiated and oversaw measures to improve results and helped shape the strategic 
direction of the division. Furthermore, he strengthened cash flow-oriented corporate 
management and drove forward global transformation. Prior to that, he held various senior 
positions within the Brose Group, including that of CFO at a major production site in Alabama 
(USA) and Head of Group Transfer Pricing. Dominik Ilgner began his career in corporate 
finance consulting at PwC in Munich.

in a global context.”
