Live working as a service
The regular inspection and cleaning of switchgear or transformer stations contributes significantly to optimum availability. To ensure that there is no downtime during the work on the system, the work is carried out during live operation. The system is live. You therefore need specially trained personnel and the appropriate protective equipment to carry out this work safely.
Do you lack the time, trained manpower and equipment to do this? If there is general agreement to live working in your company, all you need to do is place an order – we will then take care of all further measures for you.

Safety thanks to qualifications and experience
Our electrically skilled personnel have the necessary qualifications for both live cleaning and measuring insulating protective shutters. Furthermore, we can draw on extensive experience in the maintenance of switchgear installations and transformers in a de-energised state – an invaluable advantage when assessing the safe feasibility of live operation.

Live cleaning
Dirty cable distribution cabinets and low-voltage distribution boards are a safety problem as there is a risk of flashover. This jeopardises the security of supply of your system. Don't take any risks here.
We offer a professional cleaning service for your medium-voltage and low-voltage switchgear installations.

Measuring and inserting insulating protective shutters
Insulating protective shutters are subject to the DIN VDE 0682-552 standard. When installed, they must protect against accidental contact with live system parts, for example.
We are happy to help you with the measurement and installation of insulating protective shutters up to 36 kV.
